I feel jealous: I still haven't got a copy of the latest (or first) Circle Of Illusion and Birds & Buildings albums. Other names seems interesting as well: Fright Pig, Caligula's Horse ... need to check that out! :P

Top 10 in alphabetical order (by artist) -

Big Big Train, English Electric, part 2
Birds & Buildings, Multipurpose Trap
Flower Kings, Desolation Rose
John Lees' Barclay James Harvest, North
Moon Safari, Himlabacken, vol. 1
Sanguine Hum, The Weight of the World
Soft Machine Legacy, Burden of Proof
Spock's Beard, Brief Nocturnes and Dreamless Sleep
Tangent, Le sacre du travail
Steven Wilson, The Raven That Refused to Sing

I have probably inadvertently omitted some titles that would have deserved an inclusion and I'm afraid a couple of worthwhile end-of-the-year releases got left out simply because I haven't had enough time to listen to them.

my most listened:
TFK
Jack O' the Clock (!!!TRUE PROG!!!) :D
Volcano Choir (indie)
Gregory Porter (symphonic jazz)
The Phoenix Foundation (proggressive indie its what they call themselfes, they develop as a band and first they were pretty folky, but always kind of psychedelia which is quite low but perfect on the new album (song Corale, mAYBE THE BEST pINK fLOYD HOMMAGE THIS YEAR TOGETHER WITH iNTERSTELLAR vISITATIONS) which is pretty mch tagged as new wave)
Cloud Control (rock)
Aaron Novik (avant)
Five Storey Ensemble (symphonic fusion)
The Stepkids (new soul, pretty proggy)
The Reign of Kindo (jazz, pop, prog)
The Indie Revenge (prog jazz experimental ambient)
Melody Gardot from 2012 ... still the BEST!!!! (jazz)
Build an Ark from 2009 ... still the BEST!!! (jazz)
Valerie June ... The Hour, one of my earworms 2013, fitting perfectly for Treme which i started watching this year and just can recommend to all of you - one of the best drama series ever and maybe the best music ever for a drama series, which is live performed in the series ;)
no prog!

Wowie, if you are thinking about buying it i would strongly advise you to go for the - deluxe edition - of North
as for just a few Euro's more you get a 2nd disc full of great live-music from the BJH catalogue recorded during
a memorial concert for Woolly Wolstenholme!
